“Jiu Jitsu has changed my life! It is truly a family and a community that helps push you to achieve positive things in your everyday life.
My physical health is better than is has been in 20+ years. I’ve lost 60 pounds, and I am more flexible than I was in my teens. Being a veteran has it’s own mental baggage, but the camaraderie and positivity of my training partners have improved my mental health by leaps and bounds. I now have a better relationship with my wife, my kids, and even myself.
Jiu Jitsu is a journey that I hope will never end. I owe Jiu Jitsu, my professor, and my training partners my life”
— Brendan Dunn, Army Veteran
