Functional Fitness
Our functional fitness program offers up to 12 veterans and first responders consistent access to classes twice a week with the highly skilled coaches at UFIT/UCAN in Sandpoint. The UFIT/UCAN coaches are equipped to train high level athletes as well as individuals with significant injuries and everything in between.
The class is designed to improve our participants physical fitness, but to also be a stabilizing element of their routine and to create healthy supportive relationships with their fellow training partners.
